- Why Diamond Springs and why 50% only for the Diamond Springs Representative? - The answer to those questions lie in the fact that a few weeks ago, I the Web Site owner noticed that outside of my area (an area in Dubai, UAE, Middle East, Asia), there was some relatively large number of visitors for a few days from Diamond Springs. But is that list of restaurant names enough to maintain increasing the number of daily visitors to this Web Site? Such a list is in the Yellow Book and other local media, local to Diamond Springs and California. Hence a content that these other media do not provide is essential to gain that continuous increase in daily visitors.

That extra content in the case of restaurants is their menus that the yellow books and local media does not provide.

So this Web Site now needs those menus. That's a very difficult if not impossible task for me to arrive at from where I am. Hence my need for one of you at Diamond Springs to do that for me.

Don't look for reasons why you can't undertake this simple task. I'm not a Web Site designer and I've compiled all the pages that you see here with the basic amateur knowledge of using a PC that most any translator only has. Not knowing HTML is no excuse because I don't know HTML and I've managed so far without that. What you see on all pages of this Web Site (over 40 pages so far) is nothing more than simple Microsoft Word documents automatically saved as HTML documents once I finish the word documents. The tool for automatically converting is provided on the Microsoft Word software.

If I can pinpoint the restaurants' locations in Diamond Springs from over 11,000 miles away, you, resident in Diamond Springs itself, you can do much better. All that you now need doing to the presently mentioned restaurants is to provide scanned images or printouts (or formats that may be available at those restaurants) of their menus. You will then have them set up for extra business due to your simple efforts and your connection to this Web Site. A restaurant or any business mature for subscriptions will be happy to extend their subscriptions in all the following years after the first year. Once a client is acquired your annual income will continue in all following years as you further increase your list of clients and expand in your area of coverage. Don't forget that you'll also become a useful asset to all these clients and get special treatments (like special discounts for example) from them when you need their services or products. And don't forget that's a $500 secured net income from each client annually. Of course you'll have to regularly update their pages with price changes, change in their list of items etc (we'll set additional fees at the same percentage for those updates). You may also be a graphic designer (or eventually learn the basics of graphic designing) and be able to additionally charge for specific custom pages different from what's presently available on the Web Site. All these additional services will carry a fee/charge on them. So in general it won't only be $500 annually from each client, but more than that. Furthermore that's only for a few hours of work annually, that gets less and less in hours per year as the years go by and you become more versatile with your clients' pages and less and less changes requested.

Don't forget that these charges will be readjusted and also increased as general costs of living go up and you'll always be updating your incomes with them.
